Our Diamond Wire is covered by a flexible, protective rubber coating that ensures water reaches the cutting face and slurry is removed efficiently. WIREX has an impregnation depth of 1.75mm rather than the standard

1.5mm that leads to longer life.

Nimbus WIREX Diamond Wire is 10.5mm in diameter, has 40 beads/m and is rubber injection moulded over springs.

Wires for specialist applications including steel are available on request.

Other diameters and configurations are also available.

WIREX should be run at between 20 -25 m/sec in reinforced concrete applications. Speeds may need to be adjusted for extreme conditions. Please contact our Technical Department for further information.
